About me
I have dedicated life to supporting women and children since 2000. My journey began as a family daycare provider, where I nurtured and cared for young children. This experience ignited a passion for maternal and child well-being, leading me to become a doula and midwife. In these roles, I provided guidance, emotional support, and physical assistance to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
Driven by a thirst for deeper knowledge and spiritual connection, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metaphysics from Sedona University in 2016. This academic achievement, coupled with my innate spiritual gifts, led me to become an ordained minister. My spiritual journey continued with initiations into the priesthood of Yemoja in 2018 and Ifa in 2023, deepening my connection to ancestral wisdom and traditions.
My commitment to holistic well-being extends to my practice as a Reiki Master Teacher and Herbalist. Through Reiki, I channel healing energy to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. As an Herbalist, I utilize the power of plants to support health and address various ailments. Additionally, I offer oracle readings, providing intuitive guidance and insights to those seeking clarity and direction.
Recognizing the importance of women's reproductive health, I specialize in yoni steaming and womb strengthening techniques. By offering these holistic options, I empower women to connect with their bodies, enhance their well-being, and embrace their feminine power. I have also had the privilege of training numerous women in the art of being a doula, passing on my knowledge and skills to a new generation of caregivers.
I am the proud founder of Dawtas of the Moon, an organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering black women to reclaim their ancestral magic. Through this platform, I provide a safe and supportive space for Black women to explore their heritage, connect with their roots, and tap into their innate power.
My personal journey through health challenges has been a constant reminder of what truly matters in life. It has instilled in me a deep belief in the adage "Healer, heal thyself." I firmly hold that authenticity and integrity are paramount – it's not simply about preaching wellness, but embodying it in every aspect of my life. This philosophy guides my actions and choices, ensuring that I prioritize my well-being and strive to be a living example of the principles I advocate.
