Welcome to Omi's Sacred Garden
Omi's Sacred Garden is a safe space offering a nurturing and empowering environment where women can work on healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Iya Omitola, a Yemoja and Ifa priestess, founded the garden and offers a holistic approach to well-being that integrates spiritual practices, ancestral wisdom, and compassionate support.
Iya Omitola's has studied healing practices as a doula/midwife, womb worker, oracle reader, and Reiki master teacher. Her background allows her to create and offer a unique blend of services that address women's physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Iya’s goal is to assist women as they explore their connection to the divine feminine, heal from past traumas, and awaken their innate power.

The Phases of a Woman
The Maiden, Mother, and Crone are archetypes representing the woman's cycle of growth phases. The representation is not linear. Women can cycle in and out of the different phases depending on the lessons they need for personal growth. These phases are not necessarily linear or tied to a specific age; they are more about the energy and focus of each stage. They represent a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.
These three phases are not separate and distinct; they are interconnected and flow into each other. A woman may experience aspects of all three stages at different times. The Maiden represents innocence; this energy is a rebirth through experiences. The maiden is the time of understanding lessons. The Mother's nurturing extends beyond her family and encompasses community or creative projects. The Crone can turn the knowledge into wisdom that can be shared with younger generations, helping them navigate their journeys.
The cyclical nature of these phases reflects the natural cycles of life, death, and rebirth. The woman, like the moon, waxes and wanes to move through these phases multiple times throughout her life. Each cycle brings new opportunities for growth, healing, learning, and transformation. Embracing each phase and its unique gifts allows a woman to live a whole and meaningful life.
Maiden/Mother/Crone

The Maiden...
A symbol of new beginnings, is a time of exploration, learning, and discovering one's identity and purpose. The Maiden is full of potential and possibilities, eager to learn and experience life. She is also vulnerable and in need of our guidance and protection as she navigates the world. This responsibility calls for our care and attention.

The Mother ...
Is not just about physical motherhood; it represents a time of nurturing, creativity, and giving back. It is a time of responsibility and caring for others, whether they are children, family, community, or creative projects. The Mother is compassionate, nurturing, and protective. She is also strong and capable, able to balance her own needs with the needs of others.

The Crone ...
Is the embodiment of wisdom, intuition, and enlightenment. She reflects, introspection, and sharing one's wisdom. The Crone knows how to use her experiences as teaching opportunities for those who need guidance. She is wise, powerful, and respected. She is also compassionate and understanding, able to offer advice and support to others.
"I have utilized her services, from apothecary to life coaching and guidance over the years and have referred several satisfied clients. She is very professional, direct and provides quality service."

The womb is the essence of a woman’s being, intertwined with her heart. When the womb is absent, the heart becomes a source of creation and strength. These two are deeply connected, offering guidance and wisdom together.
